Developer Binghatti Developers together with Mercedes-Benz has announced the launch of one of the most ambitious projects in Dubai's luxury property market - a full-fledged urban neighbourhood under the legendary car manufacturer's brand.
The project is called Mercedes-Benz Places | Binghatti City and will be the world's first example of an integrated urban development created under the automobile brand. The investment volume is estimated at 30 billion dirhams (about $8.16 billion).
The new quarter will be located in Meydan district - one of the most promising locations in the centre of the Emirate. The total construction area will exceed 930 thousand square metres. The project involves the construction of several high-rise towers with branded residences made in accordance with the design philosophy of Mercedes-Benz Sensual Purity. Emphasis will be placed on purity of forms, technology and high level of finishing.
In addition to residential spaces, the concept of the district includes developed urban infrastructure: shopping galleries and pedestrian boulevards, cultural and public spaces, park areas, sports and wellness facilities, restaurants and entertainment centres. The project is conceived as a ‘city within a city’, where key elements of everyday life are within walking distance.
This is the second joint project with Mercedes-Benz for Binghatti. Previously, the companies completed the 65-storey Mercedes-Benz Places tower in the centre of Dubai, which showed high demand from international investors. The new quarter will be the first fully planned neighbourhood in the developer's portfolio. Construction is scheduled to start on 14 January 2026, and the signing of the agreement symbolically took place at the Mercedes-Benz Museum in Stuttgart.
According to experts, the project will strengthen Dubai's position as a global centre of branded real estate. With the growing interest in premium residences created in partnership with global brands, Mercedes-Benz Places | Binghatti City can set a new standard by integrating technology, sustainable solutions and smart city elements into everyday life.
