DAMAC Properties has brought to market the sixth and final tower of the Chelsea Residences complex in the waterfront district of Dubai Maritime City. The official launch took place in July 2026, after the project's first five towers sold out amid sustained demand from investors and end users. This is the world's first football-branded residential complex, created in partnership with London's Chelsea Football Club.
The new tower, designated Tower C, offers one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. Residence sizes start from 827 square feet, with prices from AED 2.56 million. Every apartment faces the water and enjoys unobstructed views of the Arabian Gulf and the city skyline. According to the developer, the number of units available in this final phase is limited.
The Chelsea Residences concept combines branded real estate, wellness and a resort-style lifestyle. The complex features the UAE's only rooftop football pitch, a blue-sand beach in the club's signature colours, a beach club and an athlete training centre. This mix of amenities sets the project apart from other premium addresses in the emirate and underscores its focus on an active lifestyle.
"The launch of the final tower gives investors a rare opportunity to become part of a distinctive seafront community," said Amira Sajwani, Managing Director of DAMAC Properties. "The project brings together an iconic global football brand, a prime waterfront setting and DAMAC's signature approach to luxury living."
For DAMAC, the new launch continues a series of major projects in Dubai. The company has already handed over more than 50,000 homes and plans to deliver around 8,800 more units across the emirate during 2026. The complete sell-out of the earlier Chelsea Residences towers confirms market appetite for branded seafront housing and for the waterfront-community format, which remains one of the most sought-after segments of Dubai's property market.
